Our executive coaching packages are designed to provide both structure and flexibility, ensuring each individual receives personalised development support that aligns with their specific goals and challenges.
Every engagement begins with a focused initial session, where the coach and client work together to clarify objectives, explore current challenges in the client’s role, and identify key areas for growth. This session sets the foundation for the rest of the programme.
Clients can choose a 3, 6, 9, or 12-session package depending on the depth of support required. The number of sessions determines how many focus areas can be meaningfully addressed, allowing individuals to pick and choose from a range of development goals.
The package always concludes with a final session, regardless of package length. This session is dedicated to consolidating learning, embedding new habits, and equipping the client with practical tools and strategies to maintain momentum and apply insights long after the coaching ends.
This format ensures consistency in quality while allowing each coaching journey to be tailored to the individual’s needs and time commitment.

Overcame Imposter syndrome..!
