Session 5: Managing Stress & Overwhelm – Reclaim Your Time and Headspace

This session tackles the pressures of competing demands, time scarcity, and perfectionism. You'll learn strategies to manage overwhelm, set boundaries, and regain control of your workload — so you can lead with calm focus instead of constant firefighting.

Session 6: Review & Sustain – Maintain Progress with Confidence

In our final session, we reflect on your progress, consolidate key learnings, and build a sustainable plan for the future. You’ll leave with a clear sense of how to stay consistent, continue growing, and keep showing up as the leader you want to be.
